HJQ Skills Development solution is a 100% black female owned private company registered in February 2016. We are registered skills development facilitators, assessors, moderators and facilitators. We offer advisory and solutions for skills development according to our client specification.

Skills development is fundamental for improving the economic growth of the country, it leads to innovation and industrial progressions that will help to address inequality and reduce unemployment.

Mandatory, Discretionary and Pivotal Grants

All companies whose gross wage exceeds R500 000.00 per annum should be paying 1% Skills Development Levy.

Workplace skills plan and annual training report

WSP – The report that outlines the training that the company plans to undertake for the next year.

Funding/SETA Bursary

Grants are paid by SETA to companies who are eligible for funding. 

 

BBBEE Scorecard

B-BBEE is designed mainly to benefit racial groups who were previously disadvantaged.

QCTO/SETA Accreditation

Accredited training provider benefits from the tax rebates and accredited training counts towards skills development score.

Skills Audit and Training Needs Analysis

Processes that help the organisation to identify skills gaps and determine the training needs.

TAX REBATES

Tax incentives are good for job creation, lowers the cost of hiring and training.

Source Able and Disabled learners for Learnerships

Learnerships – a work based learning programme that requires on the job learning and leads to NQF registered qualification.
